I would really like to thank MEEST Corporation for their hard work and invaluable experience by providing the best customer service, and willingness to assist with the highest level of qualification. I have been using the service for quiet a long time, and to be honest, among all comparable companies I can say for sure, others are nowhere near as good at their job as MEEST. They have shown their determination to continue their work even during the hardest times we are experiencing in Ukraine right now.In spite of working with no electricity and appropriate conditions, they respect each customer's interests and try their best to deliver the shipment on time. Even though, sometimes there might be some delays and technical incidents, they always treat their customers with the proper respect and try to resolve possible challenges in the clients’ favor.I recommend MEEST to everyone who wants to ship their goods.

Girl (was not able to speak English!) on the phone hang up on me, because I started speak to her in Russian. I am from west part of Ukraine and I left Ukraine long long time ago, I can speak English and French, but she can't, she said - Ukrainian only! I am Ukrainian, but I the closest language what I can use is Russian (sorry, it is my family language and language of my native city Kharkiv).Sorry guys, but we are in CANADA and you must know English and French, I am making step towards you, and this is completely unprofessional to hang up the phone. Btw, this is a discrimination by language. Jtlyk.

I do not recommend this company. My package was lost and later on destroyed. After inquiring the status I was told they tried to contact me but I wasn’t picking up the phone. Later we realized my phone was entered incorrectly. There surly were other ways to contact me prior to Destroying!!! No one was willing to help and just brushed me off. Very unreliable service. Sad mostly for the lost content of the parcel :(

My mom Nataliya Bayus has been a customer 25+ years of MEEST. She is an extremely happy customer with all their services. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind, they are also quick to resolve any issues that may arise. I will continue to support this business. This year they have been amazing with helping the Ukrainian people, I know I can always count on them. A special thanks to Olesia and Oksana for their fantastic customer service and quick guidance.

Хамоватые сотрудники, которые не обслуживанют клиентов, которые говорят на русском.This company employees are rude to customers. If you are Russian speaker, stay away from them. Because you will not receive any service. Coklany managers should understand that there are lots of customers who are Russian speakers and jot Russians. You work in Canada and shod tlak English. The Ukranian is not official language in this country and your employees can't demand from customers to speak Ukrainian.

Rip off company ! paid over $80 to send a small package to Germany and top of that the courier charged the receiver another 17 Euros ($25) + shipping time took a month. Horrible !

Use Meet all the time. That's ok.Could be faster but in general we didn't have issues

Friendly staff. They sent my package for 40$ (Canada Post offer was around 170$). It'll be my first place to go if I need Russian-speaking professionals for a reasonable price.Дякую!
